Doodle is a fantastic productivity tool that you can download for free to create a poll amongst all meeting attendees on the best day and time to meet.  
The free option allows you
to create as many meeting polls you would like, and you can connect your
business or personal calendars. It takes
only a few minutes to set up a survey to email all attendees.
One of the features is a
handy dropdown of the most popular virtual meeting rooms, or you have the option to type in a custom
location.  The app also has a place to
write notes and allows you to type in a custom
label for your date
