Given that we are about to enter a new decade, you get a rush of prophecies from the chattering class. As with anything in life, one’s view is shaped by their experience. In sales, this is further influenced by when you started selling. Digital natives will naturally see things differently than digital immigrants, especially when it comes to sales tools. Given we are always hurling forward, and risks involved, understanding the bias pontificator is critical. This is not one of those Boomer – Millie thing, that’s getting tired, no? This is a learning thing, what are you willing to learn to grow, thing?
