Jim Dickie is currently a Research Fellow for Sales Mastery; an independent research firm that explores how companies are innovatively leveraging people. process, technology and knowledge to optimize sales performance. Jim formerly was the Co-founder of CSO Insights, now the research arm of Korn Ferry, providing sales leaders with research, data and expertise to create and execute strategies to find more, win more and keep and grow more business. Jim has over 30 years of sales and marketing management experience. Jim began his career with IBM and Sterling Software and then went on to launch two successful software companies. Jim has served as an advisor to Baylor University’s Center for Professional Selling, William Patterson University’s Russ Berry Institute for Professional Selling, and a lecturer at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
