“Attendee” means an individual registered for and attending the TSW17 European Sales Enablement Summit .
“Event” means the TSW17 European Sales Enablement Summit London – October 4th, 2017.
“Organiser” is Top Sales World. The general Terms & Conditions for Top Sales World site apply here too.
“Badge” means the badge provided to you at the Event Check. This badge must be worn at all times and is required in order for you to access to the Event and sessions.
“Event Date” is October 4th 2017.
“Registration Information” means the information you provide on the Registration Page when registering for the Event. This information may include personal information such as, first name, last name, company, address, job title, and phone number.
“You” or “Your” means you, the individual accepting these Terms, and/or if applicable the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting these Terms. By purchasing a ticket to the Event you are agreeing with these Terms & Conditions.
“Code of Conduct” implies all Attendees will comply and will not engage in any behaviour that is deemed unsuitable for the event. This includes the use of bad language, raised voices or displays of an aggressive nature.
All Attendees must be registered through the Top Sales Event Site. To register for an Event, you must provide required Registration Information on the Registration Site and your promotional code (if any). We reserves the right to cancel or terminate any registration or discount offer at any time. If you are an existing Top Sales Event customer the Registration Site may be pre-populated with your information. If you are not a current customer you will be required to enter your Registration Information, which will be used to create your account and purchase your ticket. You will receive a registration confirmation email at the email address you provide during registration.
Full payment of the Event fees is required to gain access to the Event and before a ticket will be issued. Event promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Event registration fees paid may only be used for the Event you registered for and may not be applied toward the purchase of any other products, services or events.
You can request a refund for the Event within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please note: Cancellations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable. Likewise, no shows are non-refundable. You can request a substitution (free of charge) up to 3o days before the Event. All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, they will be processed based on the time and date that the request was submitted. 6. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
The event is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Top Sales World cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. Top Sales World will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or event as a result of an event that is beyond Top Sales World’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, riot, national state of emergency, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of the Event.
