As a Top Sales World Visitor & Member:

You may not:

- Use the resources to create illegal or offensive material
The JF Corporation will store details about registered Members including contact details, passwords and log in frequencies. This data will not be sold, traded or shared in any way with any other companies. You must keep your password safe.
Information Automatically Logged
We may, from time to time record your IP address to help diagnose problems with the server and to administer Top Sales Experts. IP addresses may also be used for security purposes.
As a condition of use of Top Sales World, you agree to indemnify The JF Corporation and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your/your organisation’s use of Top Sales World.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Membership, username and password. The JF Corporation cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Changes to Top Sales World
The JF Corporation reserves the right to change Top Sales World at any time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.
Your login may only be used by yourself and not allocated to any other individual.
Copyright and Content Ownership
The JF Corporation owns the intellectual property rights to the resources contained on Top Sales World. Nothing in these Terms of Service operates to transfer any Intellectual Property Rights relating to Top Sales World to you/your organisation.
Technical Support is available in the first instance by email to firstname.lastname@example.org The JF Corporation will endeavour to address support issues within 48 working hours of submission. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, telephone support will be provided.
You must not modify or adapt Top Sales World unless agreed in writing by The JF Corporation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, in writing, to email@example.com.
